Rovynel products are designed for practical water quality monitoring, and we are committed to helping customers use them correctly.

What support covers

We can help with setup, app connection, calibration, sensor placement, reading questions, and basic troubleshooting.

Warranty review

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, email fsl@nnoll.com with your order number, product model, photos or videos, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and provide the next steps.

Not covered

Warranty support does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, accidents, chemical exposure outside normal use, or normal wear and tear.

Calibration and maintenance

Water quality monitors are precision devices. For best results, follow the product instructions for calibration, cleaning, storage, and probe care.
