Thank you for shopping with Rovynel. Rovynel ships eligible orders to the United States and selected international destinations, including the United Kingdom. Shipping options shown at checkout are based on your delivery address and the available carrier services.

Order processing

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

United States delivery

Rovynel ships eligible orders to the United States with tracked delivery options when available. Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method, destination, carrier capacity and local conditions.

United Kingdom and international delivery

Rovynel offers international shipping to selected destinations when a shipping method appears at checkout. For United Kingdom orders, available shipping rates are shown during checkout after the delivery address is entered.

Estimated international delivery windows may vary by destination, customs processing, carrier capacity, holidays and local conditions. Tracking is provided when available from the carrier.

Currency, customs and import fees

Checkout is currently processed in USD. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges required by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless they are clearly shown as included at checkout.

For United Kingdom orders, import VAT, duties or carrier fees may be collected by the carrier or local customs before delivery unless a duty-paid shipping option is clearly provided at checkout.

Shipping address

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an unusual period of time, contact support@rovynel.com with your order number so we can help check the shipment status.
