Return eligibility

To request a return, please email fsl@nnoll.com with your order number and reason for return. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all included accessories and packaging where possible.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and help with a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Return shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed. Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as this can delay processing.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank and payment provider processing times may vary.

Non-returnable conditions
